All no-shows and late cancellations (under 48 hours) will incur a charge of 50%
Why do we do this…
- We don’t like charging but we have to have a policy in place to offer a good service.
- The average stylist faces 1-2 no-shows or late cancellations a week. This can add up to £20,000 a year in lost money, and the stylists still have to be paid.
- As a busy salon, our loyal customers are important to us so we want to make sure that as many appointments are available for them.
- We also offer courtesy email and text reminders to help with remembering.
- Skin tests on new clients are required on all new clients that have never had colour with us, min 24 hours before service, or if a client hasn’t had colour for 6 months or longer.
- We do not colour under 16 years of age due to our insurance.
- All online booking fees are kept online to use on their next service, to stop all the unnecessary charges that are associated with bookings and refunds
